This is what a wind turbine looks like up close.
This one was put up while I was away, and it does add interest to the landscape.
Some people don't like it because it's too big, but I enjoy having it in my neighborhood. It sure beats a nuke, and I can always tell how windy it is just by peeking out my window.

Lois! OMG This is so amazing that we would post the same subject on the same day. I had a choice between five pieces I have written and chose wind-turbines. I'm telling you, great minds think alike - this proves we have some really great damn minds!
